Frozen Passage Console Table

The Frozen Passage Console Table is a one-of-a-kind sculptural piece crafted from natural poplar wood and clear crystalline epoxy, bringing together organic material and AEC WOOD ART’s distinctive “Ice Texture” technique in a lighter, more transparent interpretation.

The natural form and grain of the poplar remain visible through the composition, while the clear epoxy creates the impression of frozen depth around the timber. The crystalline texture introduces movement and transparency without overwhelming the wood, allowing the natural edges and character of the slab to remain central to the design.

A high-gloss finish enhances the clarity of the epoxy and the tonal detail within the poplar, giving the surface a refined sense of depth and reflection. The result is a clean, luminous composition that changes subtly with the surrounding light and viewing angle.

The console is supported by the sculptural ARC base, finished in BRUSHED GOLD. Its curved architectural form creates a deliberate contrast with the organic character of the tabletop while maintaining a balanced and elegant profile beneath the piece.
